About Us
The Rose & Crown Inn have been newly re-fuirbed and is a superb example of a traditional Forest Inn set in a pretty Cottage garden. Dating back to the 13th Century, the welcome it offers visitors to the New Forest is as warm now as it has been through the centuries. Accommodation consists of 14 en-suite bedrooms all furnished to a high standard, some of which are delightfully located in a converted stable block The Inn also offers a Function Room and Bar which can cater for up to 60 people. The pub has a newly attractive and extensive garden area that allows al fresco dining in its truest sense. Our menu consists of locally sourced produce with Homemade New Forest Steak and Ringwood Ale Pie, Venison and Wild Berry Hot Pot and many more. We are proud Sponsors of the New Forest Marque, which enable us to buy from local producers giving back to the local community. All our local Ringwood Ale and Guest Ales are independently inspected and we have been awarded the Cask Marque.
Function Rooms
Our skittle alley private bar function room has capacity for up to 100 people and is suitable for a variety of functions including: Meetings, parties, anniversaries, weddings, pre drinks, skittle events and presentations. The room can be hired for £30 when ordering food and drinks, £50 when just using the room/skittle alley. We have available for food options our New Forest hot/cold buffet, Basket meals and our main menu, which can all be found on our home page. We can offer wedding buffet packages to suit your personal tastes and are happy to talk through your specific requirements.
