White Hart

This 17th century Coaching Inn is known as the pub with the Bear in the cellar, in its early days the landlord kept a bear in the cellar to control rowdy customers at closing time. We still have a bear although it’s stuffed! The White Hart is found on the main street running trough the historical market town of Ashby De La Zouch. It is a great place to meet friends during the day and in the evening provides entertainment and ideal for those looking for a party. We are not only famous for Bears but also live music on Sundays a showcase for various local talents. We serve food from noon until 9pm all week and can be enjoyed indoors or alfresco on our patio area.
