Cardiff pub The Cayo re-opened its doors on Saturday August 7th August following an impressive refurbishment and now offers an innovative new menu that changes every month - as well as plenty of delicious cask beers on tap.
A VIP launch night saw a larger than life cricketer giving customers the chance to win tickets to the nearby Swalec Cricket Stadium.
Manager Chris Thomas said: “We’re really excited about the re-opening. A changing menu will mean our customers will be able to have different dining experiences as well as an extensive drinks menu including all our delicious cask beers.”
The mouth-watering menu is to include breakfast, a range of scrumptious appetisers like baked Camembert, juicy battered prawns with chilli sauce and tapas, and main meals like slow-cooked beef and Cumberland Ale pie and a cheesy Italian risotto.
There will also be a host of offers including two courses for £10 on a Tuesday or a free bottle of wine on a Thursday if you spend more than £15 on a meal for two.
