Marston's Inns and Taverns Acquisitions have in excess of £300m to fund the construction of new family pub restaurants across the UK.
Marston's has an enviable track record in opening new pubs, having developed over 80 since 2003. We are on target to open 45 new pubs by September 2012 and have funding in place to develop 25 per annum each year.
We are looking for prominent sites of 0.5 - 1.5 acres, on a freehold or long lease basis, located adjacent to supermarkets larger than c. 30,000 sqft, retail parks or new residential developments of more than 250 homes.
