New pub and restaurant on Ashbourne

A new pub and restaurant in Ashbourne has now opened. The Stepping Stones on the A52 will seat up to 180 diners in a warm comfortable environment.

The pub offers real classics such as succulent chickens on a rotisserie, steak and ale pie and beer battered fish and chips as well as an extensive range of cask beers.

The pub has a clear role to play in the life of the local community and has created more than 50 new jobs in the area. To further cement this relationship a ‘time capsule’ ceremony is planned for early January where local school children will get the opportunity to bury pictures and other items of importance to them.
