1. Only one entry is required to take part in the competition from June 29th to September 10th 2011. 2. Entries should only be made via the data cards in the participating Marston’s Tavern taking part. Entries must be received by 11am on the closing day of each month prize draw month: 10th July, 10th August and 10th September, to be in with a chance to win the prize draw. 3. Three prize draws will take place, 1st prize draw: 30th July, 2nd prize draw 30th August, 3rd prize draw 30th September each with a prize of £30. 4. There is no cash alternative. 5. Employees of Marston’s Inns and Taverns and their families are not eligible to take part in the competition. 6. Marston’s Inns and Taverns reserve the right to change the submission deadline and programme for whatever reason. Marston’s Inns and Taverns will endeavour to inform all entrants of any changes. 7. Marstons Inns and Taverns will at its discretion select the winner from the prize draw. 8. Once the winning tab is opened it must be used before the pub closes for the evening. 9. All entrants must be 18 or over (proof of age may be required) and resident in the United Kingdom. 10. All Information gathered in the running of this competition is not shared with any 3rd party. 11. Winners will be notified by mobile phone or email where given. 12. The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
